Is the transfer price really fixed?
Yes — the price shown for your vehicle class is the total price for the whole car, agreed before you ride. There's no meter, no per-person charge, and no surge pricing for traffic or time of day.
Can I book a transfer for a night flight?
Yes. Transfers run any hour, day or night — for airport pickups a driver will be waiting with a name sign, whatever time your flight lands.
Is there a luggage limit?
Each vehicle class lists its seat and luggage capacity — check it against your bags before choosing a smaller car. Message us if you're unsure; we'll recommend the right class.
How long will the driver wait for me at the airport?
We track your flight and adjust the pickup time for delays, so the driver waits for you — not the other way round. Just send us your flight number when you book.
